When is the Deaf Streetlight Christian Conference?
The Deaf Streetlight Christian Conference 2026 runs Thursday, October 1 through Sunday, October 4, 2026.
Where is the Deaf Streetlight Christian Conference being held?
At First Church of Christ in Burlington, Kentucky, just outside Cincinnati. Detailed travel + parking information will go out by email before the event.

Who is the conference for?
Everyone connected to the Deaf community — Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Deaf Blind, and hearing attendees, including CODAs, family members, sign language interpreters, ministry leaders, and friends. All ages welcome.
When does early-bird pricing end?
Early-bird pricing ends August 31, 2026. On September 1, prices go up: Individual $30 → $40, Married Couple $50 → $60, Family $100 → $120, Interpreter Workshop $30 → $40. Add-on prices stay the same all season.
What is the registration deadline?
Online registration closes September 24, 2026. Mailed checks must be postmarked by September 18, 2026.
How does the Family tier work?
Family covers two adults plus two kids (18 and under). Need more seats? Use the Additional family member add-on for $10 per extra child. Adults 19+ should register as Individual.
Tell me about the Interpreter Workshop
Saturday workshop offering CEUs through RID. The rest of the conference is included free for workshop attendees. If you want CEUs, provide your RID number and the last name on your RID file during registration.
Is ASL interpretation provided?
Yes. ASL interpretation is provided for all main sessions and the Saturday banquet.
How do booth rentals work?
If you're representing a Deaf church (free), non-profit ($40), or for-profit organization ($60), choose Yes under Booth Rental in step 4. Booth fees are in addition to your attendee registration — the booth rep is also a registered attendee. Setup time and location are emailed closer to the event.
Can I pay by check?
Yes. Choose Mail a check at step 5 — you'll see mailing instructions. Your check must be postmarked by September 18, 2026 to guarantee your spot.
What's the refund policy?
No refunds. Registration fees are non-refundable, and spots cannot be transferred to another person.
Is my registration tax-deductible?
Deaf Streetlight is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit. The portion of your registration above the fair-market value of attendance may be tax-deductible. Your confirmation email serves as your receipt.
